A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2017, the Defendant, who purchased a middle-lane in the vicinity of the “C” located in the Sinju-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, with the intention of forging the number plate by forging the number plate with the relation which was stolen by the winners of the name number plate in front of the E E E E in the name of the Singu, which was purchased by the Defendant.

2. No one shall use a forged registration number plate;

The Defendant operated the forged motor vehicle registration number plate attached in front of the said motor vehicle at the front of the said motor vehicle at the front city from the Do near C at the time of the time stated in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate and exercised it.
