A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 24:03 on July 24, 2014, the Defendant driven a B Twork XG car in the section of about five kilometers in front of the Ulsan-gun Village Community Center, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.079%.

2. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;

A. When the Defendant was found to a slope C belonging to the Ulsan Metropolitan City Police Station, which was under the influence of alcohol driving, which was under the influence of the road prior to the Ulsan Metropolitan City Community Center, without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her status in order to conceal his/her own identity, and when the completion of the driving control of the personal information terminal (PDA) presented by the above C, entered the signature of the above D as D in the driver’s signature column and forged it, and issued it to C as if he/she was genuine.

On July 28, 2014, the Defendant for unlawful uttering of official document: (a) around 09:44, the Defendant: (b) requested a slope F to verify the identity and present an identification card for the administrative disposition of a driver’s license; (c) obtained D’s license, which is an official document under the name of the Commissioner of the Ulsan National Police Agency, who was in possession.
