A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
In order to obtain re-issuance, the Plaintiff signed H’s signature next to the Plaintiff’s letter of delegation, stating “H”, “V”, “X”, “H”, and “H” in the resident registration number column, and “H” in the personal information address column of the Plaintiff, using a black pen on the proxy form kept there.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation which is a private document with respect to the rights and obligations of H without authority, and immediately delivered it to the person in charge of the above test site who is aware of the fact of the above Article as if the said letter of delegation was duly formed.
4. On January 9, 2014, in order for the Defendant to open a new account in the new transaction application form in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant entered “H”, “V” in the resident number column, “V” in the resident number column, “V” in the mobile phone column, “Z” in the mobile phone column, and “H” in the applicant column, and affixed the seal of H.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a private document on H’s rights and obligations, which is a private document, and immediately delivered the application as if it was duly formed to an employee in charge of the said new cooperation, who is unaware of the fact of the said Article.
5. Around January 10, 2014, the Defendant related to the application for a loan transaction: (a) indicated “H” in the customer name column in the passenger name column, “V” in the resident registration number column, “V” in the automatic transfer column, and “H” in the customer name column; and (b) signed H next signature by the Defendant in the form of a loan transaction agreement form, which was kept at the place, to obtain a loan from a mobile phone sales store located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City AA.
Accordingly, the defendant is about the rights and obligations of H without authority for the purpose of exercising his rights.
