A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 27, 2014, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a Brocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.075% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 200 meters from the network bridge located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S. P.
