A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 23, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Incheon District Court's Branch Branch on January 23, 2014, and on May 1, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of eight months for the same crime, etc. in the same court, and was sentenced to two years for suspended execution on May 9, 2014, and is still under suspended execution.
1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act and Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions, the Defendant driven a C-A-hurd-hurd-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p
2. The Defendant: (a) forged private document; (b) the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) at the place specified in paragraph (1); and (c) the Defendant, in the process of preparing the report on the state of the state of the state of the state of the driving under the command of Bupyeong-gu Police Station D; (c) stated the Defendant’s “F” in the driver’s confirmation column in the said report as if the Defendant was her two parts of the said report was F; and (d) forged the driver’s confirmation column in the written report on the state of the state of the driving under the command of the F; and (c) delivered the said document to the said E without knowledge of the fact that the said document was duly completed.
3. The Defendant, as stated in paragraph (1) at the time, time, time, and place specified in paragraph (1), took a drinking test, and required to sign a PDA terminal that printed out notice of the result of the drinking driving control from E as stated in paragraph (2), signed the “F” on the column for signature of the driver of the above terminal and forged the F’s signature on the F’s name on the column for signature of the driver of the above terminal, and the said signature was authentic.
