1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant related to the NH Nonghyup Card was an employee of the “M” credit information company, and was in charge of the NH Nonghyup Credit Card Business Division from May 2012 to December 2012, and used to develop and install the said system with customer information processed, stored, and transmitted from the NH Nonghyup Bank’s server.

In the performance of the above duties, the defendant shall install a security program in the business PC, and shall not arbitrarily store or remove the above customer information from the USB, etc.
