A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence 1 to 5 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 말레이시아 국적의 외국인으로서, ‘C’ 이라는 성명 불상 자로부터 위조된 신용카드와 위조된 D 의 인적 사항이 기재된 싱 가 포 르 여권을 교부 받고 ‘ 위 챗’ 이라는 어 플 리 케이 션을 통해 위 ‘C ’으로부터 위조된 신용카드로 물건을 구입하여 주면 결제대금의 1%를 지급해 주겠다는 제안을 받아 위 D 행세를 하며 위조된 신용카드를 이용하여 물품을 구입하기로 마음먹었다.

1. Violation of Acts and subordinate statutes concerning fraud, attempted fraud, and credit finance business on May 25, 2018;

A. On May 25, 2018, the Defendant purchased one of 30,000,000 won (600 g) at H stores operated by the victim G located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and presented a forged credit card (credit number: card number: I, and Non-CCC card under the name of the actual J Co., Ltd.) to the victim who may know of the forgery, as if the credit card was duly formed, and had the victim settle 2,200,000 won with the forged credit card.

B. On May 25, 2018, around 15:13, 2018, the Defendant purchased one of 30 g30,000 (600g) of the market value equivalent to KRW 2.2 million at H stores operated by the above victim G, and presented the forged DBS visa (credit card number: K and the actual name Samsung Card) to the victim as if he were the credit card duly formed, and had the victim settle 2,200,000 won with the forged credit card.

around 17:46 on May 25, 2018, the Defendant purchased two 30,000,000 (600g) 30,000 (600g) of the market value of 4.4 million won at P stores operated by the victim'sO located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and presented that the Defendant was a credit card with a forged HSBC visa (the card number: Q and the actual R card under the name of R) to the victim who is aware of such forgery, as if he were a credit card with a genuinely formed credit card, and had the victim use 4.4 million won with the forged credit card.
