A A A In the name of "E" introduced by a branch of land around April 2017, the Chinese Party "I am gold in Korea."
On April 21, 2017, upon receipt of the proposal, "", the credit card forged in the name of the Defendants was dryed at the Haak-si, Haak-si, China, and entered the Jeju around April 22, 2017, along with the Defendant B, who is the branch.
The Defendants conspired to purchase precious metals from Jeju by using forged credit cards to take them out to China.
1. On April 23, 2017, the Defendants in violation of the Act on Fraudulent and Credit-based Financial Business purchased two gold Bans from “H” operated by the victim G in Jeju-si on April 16:53, 2017, and paid KRW 1,690,000 for the purchase price by presenting to the victim as if he/she were a credit card duly issued with a forged credit card under the name of the Defendant B, as if he/she were a credit card. The Defendants received two half of the same amount from the victim, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, from that time to April 10:35, 2017, by settling the victims of the purchase of two gold Bans from “H”, and received a forged credit card and used a forged credit card with the total amount of KRW 10,80,790, 790, and a forged credit card product.
2. On April 23, 2017, the Defendants attempted to purchase precious metals at H “H” as stated in paragraph (1) of the said Article around April 19:38, 2017, and the Defendants attempted to pay 4,431,120 won for the victim G and to acquire precious metals by presenting the forged amount under the name of the Defendant as if the credit card was actually issued with a genuine credit card. However, the Defendants failed to obtain the approval of payment due to the nonperformance and attempted to receive the precious metal.
