Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

피고인들은 말레이시아 국적의 외국인들로서, 홍 콩에 거주하는 성명 불상자( 위 챗 대화명 E)로부터 “ 한국에 가서 위조한 신용카드로 물품을 구입하여 홍 콩으로 가지고 오면 구입한 물품 가격의 10%를 수고비로 주겠다.

“On November 14, 2017, the proposal received and consented thereto, and thereafter, the Defendant A entered the Republic of Korea at around November 15, 2017, with each of the forged credit cards 13 whose name the Defendant had been identified, and Defendant B, with each of the forged credit cards 15 whose name the Defendant had been identified, and with each of them holding, around 05:00.

1. On November 15, 2017, the Defendants conspired to use fraud and forged credit cards, by deceiving J by presenting the false credit card (credit card No. 1) of the United States BMO HAR HaNKNNN.A., which was possessed as above, to the J as if they were genuine credit card holders, and then by deceiving J by receiving nine cosmetics equivalent to KRW 1,139,000 at the market price owned by the victim from J, and using the forged credit card.

2. The Defendants conspired to commit fraud and attempted to use forged credit cards. On November 15, 2017, the Defendants attempted to use the forged credit card at the “L store operated by the victim with the name in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City,” which was operated by the victim. On November 15, 2017, in purchasing the mobile phone, and suggesting the forged credit card (credit card number No. M) possessed by the Plaintiff to the employees of the said store as genuine credit card and making the said employees settle the account, and then deceiving the said employees by presenting it to the employees of the said store as genuine credit card. The said employees attempted to use the falsified credit card at least KRW 3,396,000 of the market price owned by the said employees upon receipt of two mobile phones from the said employees, but the approval was refused.
