A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A and B conspired to use forged credit cards to remove goods from Jeju-do to China.

A. On December 13, 2017, at around 16:54 on December 13, 2017, Defendants in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud, conspired to purchase one Make factoring at the I Tax-free Shops J store operated by the victim H, the company located in G, and Defendant B presented the forged credit card (credit card number: K) under the name of the victim to the employee in charge of the victim company as if the credit card was actually issued a genuinely, and paid 841,651 won for the goods. On December 15, 2017, Defendants in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and credit, received one JMake factoring at the International Tax-free Shops Transfer Chapter in charge of the victim company.

In addition, the Defendants conspired, from that time until December 15, 2017, through a total of 24 times, through a forged credit card, such as (1) in attached Table 24 times, and received goods from the victim companies and acquired them by fraud.

B. On December 13, 2017, the Defendants conspired to commit fraud, and the violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business (hereinafter “FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

In addition, the Defendants conspired to do so from that time until December 15, 2017, and attempted to pay 22,590,355 won of the price of the goods by using forged credit cards over a total of five times, such as the previous list of crimes (2) in attached Form 1, 2017, and receive the goods from the victim companies, but the approval of the card is not the wind that the approval of the card is refused.
