A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 through 7, 9, 10, 11 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 말레이시아 국적의 외국인으로서, 성명 불상의 말레이시아 사채업자로부터 위조된 신용카드와 위조된 C 의 인적 사항이 기재된 싱 가 포 르 여권을 교부 받고 ‘ 와 츠앱’ 또는 ‘ 위 챗’ 이라는 어플리캐이션을 통해 위 성명 불상 자로부터 지시를 받아 위 C 행세를 하며 위조된 신용카드를 이용하여 물품을 구입하기로 마음먹었다.

1. Accordingly, the Defendant exercised a forged passport, which is a private document on the proof of fact, used a forged credit card, and received property by deceiving the victim.

2. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant attempted to have the victim settle the amount of KRW 970,000 with the above forged credit card, but the Defendant attempted to purchase 5,00,00,000 from May 26, 2018, the JA operated by the victim I located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul on May 26, 2018, and attempted to purchase 5,00,000, the amount of 5,000,000, which includes the personal information of the C, forged, to the victim who may know of the forged fact, as if the document and credit card was duly formed with the MA passport and the forged SP credit card (K). However, the Defendant attempted to have the victim settle the amount of KRW 970,00 with the above forged credit card, but the victim did not have the intent to commit the attempted act without knowing the forgery of the above passport.

Accordingly, the defendant exercises a forged passport, which is a private document on the proof of facts, and is forged.
