A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although a person who acquired an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act applies for the registration of the transfer of the ownership of the automobile, the Defendant, on June 2014, distributed a large lane from “B” to “B” in the street near the hot spring hole located in Busan Metropolitan City.

C Benz's car was purchased at 1.7 million won and did not apply for ownership transfer registration.

2. Any person who has forged, altered, or unlawfully used a motor vehicle registration number plate, etc., even though he/she did not forge, alter, or unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate, the Defendant kept in custody the number plate of a motor vehicle of benz purchased on the same circumstances as the above 1, the Defendant was willing to use the motor vehicle after forging and attaching a registration number plate.

On October 12, 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Shipping Daegu D, 4 Dong 503 around October 13, 2016, took the compressed Team, which was sought at a construction site, into the registration number plate of a motor vehicle, opened a white clock, and forged the registration number plate of a motor vehicle by inserting the “C” in a black color.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. From October 12 to October 13, 2016 to October 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attached an automobile registration number plate forged from the place of Busan city to October 21, 2016 to the said passenger car; (b) operated the relevant passenger car; and (c) exercised the forged air number plate by drifting it.
