A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the number plate of C vehicle was kept in custody due to the delinquency in payment of an administrative fine, the Defendant: (a) in the Defendant’s residence located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si; (b) without authority, printed out the “C” number plate in accordance with the size of the car number plate using a computer and a printer with the intent to exercise the right; and (c) made one car number plate in a way of attaching a similar size on a iron plate; (b) forged a car number plate and forged an air to be issued by the competent authority at the same time.

2. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant violated the Motor Vehicle Management Act by operating a forged motor vehicle number plate, which was attached to the said motor vehicle, on the road located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, at the same time, and exercising forged air units, and at the same time using forged motor vehicle registration number plates.
