1. On December 22, 2019, at around 10:18, the Defendant: (a) acquired one copy of the E-Cooperative CM card from the ATM machine located in the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) embezzled the E-Cooperative CM card without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud;

A. On December 22, 2019, at around 10:47, the Defendant purchased stones from G located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Y, and presented D’s e-association cream card, which was acquired as indicated in paragraph 1, to the victim without his name, as if he was the Defendant’s card, and used D’s e-mail card, one half of which was received from the victim, and which was lost.

B. At around 10:52 on December 22, 2019, the Defendant purchased tobacco at a convenience store located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seocheon-gu, and presented D’s e-association cream card, which was acquired as indicated in paragraph 1, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and used the e-mail card, which was lost after being issued 2 A tobacco amounting to KRW 9,000 at the market price from the victim.
