Punishment of the crime

1. On February 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the CB Bank Cown Card, which was lost by the victim ABV on the street near the “AU building at Kimhae-si” on February 19: 19:00; (b) the Defendant did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim; (c) thereby, the Defendant embezzled the lost property of the victim’s possession; (d) on February 10, 2020, the Defendant embezzled the lost property from the victim’s possession; (e) around 06:0 on February 10, 203, the Defendant purchased tobacco of an amount equivalent to KRW 4,50, market price of KRW 10,00,000 from the “IB-si, Kimhae-si; and (e) obtained 20,000,000 won from the victim’s bank using the same method as indicated in paragraph (1) and offered 20,000 won to the victim’s check and 25,0,00:

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property by deceiving the victim and used the lost cream card.
