Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around June 25, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, found in the village children’s park located within the 295-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2013, one agricultural cooperative cream card, one foreign exchange credit card, one resident registration certificate, and one wall with university identification card.

The defendant and C did not take necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

As a result, the defendant embezzled the property that was separated from the possession of the victim in collusion with C.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. The Defendant and C conspired to purchase goods using the Nong Doc Card acquired as set out in paragraph 1.

1) On June 26, 2013, around 01:10, the crime committed around 01:0 on June 26, 2013, at the F convenience store operated by the victim, whose name is unknown, the Defendant was issued KRW 7,350 on June 26, 2013, by suggesting that the Nonghyup Card, which was acquired under the name of the victim, was a card with the right to use for C, as referred to in paragraph (1), was issued KRW 7,350 on June 26, 2013.

3. On June 26, 2013, around 01:51, the Defendant and C received 6,500 won goods from the Defendant, on June 26, 2013, by suggesting that the Defendant purchased the Defendant’s physical card under the name of D, which he/she acquired, as in paragraph (1), at H operated by the victim with no knowledge of the name located in the Orcheon-si G, Bupyeong-si, Macheon-si, and that it was a card with the authority to use the Defendant.

B. The Defendant and C in breach of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act conspired to use the lost debit cards by the victim D, such as Section 2(a).
