1. On January 2020, the Defendant, while acquiring one copy of the BC physical card lost by the victim BB from the mother office of Kimpo-si in Kimpo-si, he did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, and embezzled the property that he/she left the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 30, 2020, at around 02:46, the Defendant used a singing practice room in “Singing room” operated by the victim BE in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, x King room, and presented the victim as if he was his card, and had the victim settle the amount of KRW 385,000, the Defendant acquired the same pecuniary benefits and used the lost other person’s physical cards.

B. On January 30, 2020, at around 03:58, the Defendant ordered food from “BF” operated by the victim V located in the Kimpo-si Telecommunication building, and presented the BB’s physical card acquired as described in paragraph (1) as if it were one’s card and had the victim pay 74,000 won to the victim, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount, and using the lost other person’s physical card.

C. On January 30, 2020, at around 05:04, the Defendant used a singing practice room from “BI” operated by the victim BH in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and presented it to the victim as if he was his card, and had the victim pay KRW 100,000 to the victim, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount, and using the lost other person’s physical check.

On January 30, 2020, the Defendant used a taxi on January 30, 202 and settled KRW 7,600, a fee for the use of a taxi operated by the victims in Kimpo-dong-si, Kimpo-si.
