Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:00 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) acquired one cash 170,000 won, i.e., the victim’s possession of the victim that was lost; (b) obtained one check containing 1,70,000 won, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1, a new card; (c) but did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (d) embezzled her thought he/she had to have.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On December 31, 2014, around 05:15, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 8,400 in total from “D convenience store” operated by the victim under the name in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s name, and presented the above B’s check as if he/she had a legitimate right to use, and had the victim calculate the price of the goods, thereby having the victim receive property equivalent to the same amount, and used the lost credit card or debit card.

B. At around 05:36 of the same day as above, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 25,050,050 from the “Emart” operated by the victim in distress in his name within the Seoul Si, and presented the above-mentioned B lost card as if he had a legitimate right to use, and had the victim calculate the price of the goods, thereby having the victim receive property equivalent to the above amount, and used the lost credit card or debit card.

C. The Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 2,700 in total from the “G convenience store” operated by the victim under the name in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, at around 05:56 on the same day as the above paragraph (1), and presented the above-mentioned B loss card as if he had a legitimate right to use, and had the victim calculate the price of the above goods, thereby receiving property equivalent to the above amount, and the credit card or the lost credit card.
