A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2014, at around 01:15, the Defendant: (a) took an issue of taxi engineer and fee in front of the apartment complex in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the same number of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, as an apartment complex; (b) took an inquiry of the police officer and fare from the police officer D and policeman belonging to the Incheon Samsan Police Station C commander of the Incheon Samsan Police Station, and tried to see the taxi engineer; and (c) was discharged from the police officer, the Defendant took a bath to the police officer: (a) “I am off the four clothes; (b) I am off the four clothes; (c) I am back the shoulder; (d) I am off the back of the seat of the taxi; and (d) I am off the roof of D’s slope that the Defendant was removed by hand; and (d) I am off the bridge by putting it up against this part of D’s bridge.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the maintenance of order and criminal investigation.

In consideration of the fact that the defendant is recognized to commit a crime, that the police D does not want the punishment of the defendant, that the defendant does not have any criminal record or criminal punishment for obstruction of performance of official duties, and that the defendant does not have any criminal record or criminal punishment, a punishment lower than the lower limit of the recommended standard.
