On the violation of the Public Official Election Act, the defendant is sentenced to six months of imprisonment, the crime of causing property damage, and the obstruction of performance of official duties.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2020, the Defendant in violation of the Public Official Election Act found in the 21st election campaign office for the 20th National Assembly member C Party D located in Seopo-si B and the 2nd election campaign office on April 12, 2020, and caused the victim E (60 years of age) who was in charge of accounting in the election campaign office, to “D Council members have come to this office, and returned to Si Do Do .............” The Defendant heard the horses from the 20th election campaign office, who was in charge of accounting in the election campaign office for the 3th election campaign worker from the 3th to the 2nd election campaign office, thereby threatening the victim E (38 years of age) by monitoring the victim’s head by computer.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the person in charge of accounting or the victims of the election campaign worker.

2. The Defendant damaged property: (a) accompanied by a computer monitor, keyboard, etc., which is owned by the victim D by leaving a pedal, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); (b) E entered an election office room to avoid the Defendant’s happiness; (c) sent a door to a locked drinking water bottle; and (d) posted a reading center to a locked drinking water bottle; and (c) continuously posted the reading center.

As a result, the Defendant damaged the computer monitoring, keyboard, reading center, etc. of approximately KRW 350,000 of the market price owned by the victim D.

3. On April 12, 2020, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender by a slope H, a police officer belonging to the Seogpo Police Station G District, who was dispatched to the site on April 12, 2020, and was transferred to the Seogpo Police Station G District, and was escorted to the Seogpo Police Station.

On April 13, 2020, the Defendant, at the office of the integrated duty of the Seogpo Police Station, 27 prudented around 00:30 on Seopopopoon on April 13, 202, tried to replace the party who was the CJ of the I Team.
