A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 16:35 on August 29, 2018, the Defendant took a dynamic image of approximately one minute on the part of the injured women who suffered from a short string horse with a view to waiting for subways around the platform in the 3333 sperm stations, using the Defendant’s smartphone camera.

2. On December 9, 2018, around 22:30 on December 22, 2018, the Defendant reported a female suffering from a short 100 Monopoly mar, whose name cannot be known within the 100 foot history, according to the sanct of the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and took a video image of about 10 seconds using the Defendant’s smartphone camera to the part of the bridge in the victim’s body.

3.
