Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 27, 2016, around 19:14, the Defendant, at C department stores in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, C department stores “D” store, led to the activation of the functions of the camera of the cell phone in possession, and took a video image of the victim’s pathic body with access to the victim’s cell phone.

The Defendant taken photographs of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using the camera.

2. On August 6, 2016, at around 15:35, the Defendant, at the front of the “F” store located in Ulsan Jung-gu E, Ulsan-gu, had the Defendant taken a dynamic image of the victim’s cryptive body by advertising the cryp function of the cellular phone, and by approaching the victim’s cryptive body, the Defendant taken the cryp of the victim’s cryptive body.

The Defendant taken photographs of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using the camera.

3. The Defendant may cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the camera.
