A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Highest 2364, the third floor in Mapo-gu Seoul, 19:55 on May 25, 2018, and the third floor in Mapo-gu, Seoul, the victim D (n, 20 years of age) suffering short, followed by the victim D (n, 20 years of age). The Defendant taken the victim’s cell phone-owned mobile phone and the part of the bridge.

From Apr. 2018 to May 25, 2018, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of the victims who may cause sexual humiliations or humiliations by using mobile phone cameras in the same manner six times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 1, from Apr. 2018 to Apr. 25, 2018.

1. Around November 17:24, 2018, the Defendant discovered the victim G (mar, 16 years of age) suffering from a mar in the F Station E located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and taken the victim’s cellular phone with his/her mar and her mar and bridge.

As above, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of victims against their will, including those taken from June 11, 2018 to November 1, 2018, which could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation using a mobile phone camera in the same manner as shown in the attached Table 2, on a total of 391 occasions, from around June 11, 2018.

2. On November 1, 2018, at around 17:47, the Defendant attempted to take the victim G, as described in paragraph (1), of this Article, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), and again failed to take a photograph of the victim’s her her mare and her mare against his/her will, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), in a case where the Defendant tried to take the victim’s mare and her mare, and the part of the her mare and her bridge, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concern

Accordingly, the defendant tried to take the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mobile phone cameras against his will and attempted to take the body of the victim against his will.
