Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 5, 2019, at around 18:05 on June 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken 15 minutes of physical parts, such as the victim’s name unclaimed (influor, age, fluor wear) fluor, passenger fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor, and bridge, on the bus along which the Defendant was driving on a fluor not more than a fluoroned road of 18:05, Jun. 5, 2019, in order to satisfy his/her sexual desire by photographing a woman’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.

2. On June 5, 2019, the Defendant, at around 18:58 on June 5, 2019, taken 15 minutes of the victim’s name unclaimed (influor’s age, unclaimed, fluor’s wearing) fluor, fluor’s body part of the body, including a fluoral fluor’s fluor, and a bridge, which was waiting for a bus at around 18:58, Jun. 5, 2019, at the bus stops located in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire by photographing women’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.

3. 2019. 6. 5. 19:13경 범행 피고인은 2019. 6. 5. 19:13경 수원시 팔달구B에 있는 C역 버스정류장에서, 여성의 신체를 몰래 촬영하여 자신의 성적 욕망을 만족시킬 목적으로 그곳에서 버스를 기다리고 있던 피해자 성명불상(여, 나이 불상, 핫팬츠 착용)의 허벅지, 다리 등의 신체 부위를 자신의 갤럭시 S4 휴대전화 카메라로 15분 동안 동영상 촬영하였다.

4. On June 5, 2019, at around 19:32, the Defendant taken pictures, around June 5, 2019, in the C Station bus stops located in Suwon-si B at around 19:32 on June 5, 2019, and the body of the female.
