A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 12, 2015, at around 16:36, the Defendant: (a) discovered a female influorial bus operated by Seoul D Day; (b) discovered a seated female influorial name, seated; and (c) emphasized only the above female’s bridge part on the cell phone using a camera function installed in the cell phone, and took a film of 7 minutes at least 13 seconds.

Accordingly, the defendant taken each other's body against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera.

2. At around 17:02, the Defendant: (a) discovered a female under whose name it was seated with a driver’s platform from subway No. 5 on the same day; and (b) emphasized only the above female’s bridge part using a camera function installed in mobile phones; and (c) taken a video of 30 seconds on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant taken each other's body against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera.

3. At around 17:09 on the same day, the Defendant found a female incompacted with his own name and incompacted the part of the above female's bridge using a camera function installed in mobile phones, and taken a video image of the above female while getting in the subway, the Defendant continued to get in the subway according to the above female and continued to get in the subway, and the above female was getting out of the subway, and the Defendant 11:19 seconds in total, such as taking the fat of the above female's bridge and fats from the subway to the subway according to the above female's getting out of the subway, following the said female's getting out of the subway, and then taking the fat, the Defendant taken the fat and fats of the above female's bridges and fats as a catch image.

Accordingly, the defendant taken each other's body against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera.

4. The Defendant, at 17:21 on the same day, sits in the subway station G platform of the subway No. 5 on the same day, by suffering a stoke.
