Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 19:20 on September 17, 2019, the Defendant, in order to avoid the illegal parking control on the front road of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by leaving the registration number plate back to a white paper on the registration number plate in order to avoid the illegal parking control on the front road of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. On the same day, the Defendant operated the registration number plate up to D before the government of the Gyeonggi-do government, which is its dwelling.
