The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bchip car.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 20:56 on November 30, 2014, the Defendant attached the registration number plate of the said vehicle to the front number plate of the said vehicle in order to avoid illegal parking control.
