When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration license plate nor make it illegible, on November 16, 2019, the Defendant parked a DNA motor vehicle owned by the Defendant in front of C in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, at around 16:00 on November 16, 2019, and applied a registration license plate by attaching white paper to the front and rear registration license plate in the tape for the purpose of avoiding the crackdown on parking and stopping.
