A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around January 16, 2012, held a motor vehicle registration number plate kept in custody by the Seongbuk-gu Office of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; (b) forged and attached the motor vehicle registration number plate of the said motor vehicle; and (c) neglected to operate the said motor vehicle.

Accordingly, around January 2018, the Defendant manufactured the number plate in the shape of a motor vehicle registration number plate indicating the size of the number plate prepared in advance at the Defendant’s residence in Mayang-gun C as “B” in the plastic plate of the size of the motor vehicle registration number plate, which was filled with verification lux pent.

In this respect, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate.

2. The Defendant: (a) attached a forged motor vehicle registration number plate B to a passenger car as described in paragraph (1); and (b) operated the said motor vehicle from around the time to October 31, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate and exercised it simultaneously.
