A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall unlawfully use a registration number plate of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) attached the number plate of the B low-end passenger car cancelled around July 14, 2018 to the panion of the car in front of the car; (b) around October 19, 2019, the Defendant operated the said rocketing car at approximately 600 meters from the front of the C apartment to the front road in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si; and (c) around October 19, 2019, from around 600 meters to the front road in the Southern-si.

For this purpose, the Defendant used the air signator registration number unlawfully, and exercised the air signator registration number unlawfully used.
