A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2018, the Defendant was held in custody by the East Sea Police Station of the following registration number plate of the said passenger vehicle as the owner of the NFLL and the fine for negligence.

On February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) made a registration number plate in the street near the office of “D” located in the East Sea; (b) made it in the manner of entering “E” on the plate of the shape and size of the registration number plate in a flexible watch; (c) forged a registration number plate for the purpose of exercised by attaching it on the back of the said vehicle; and (d) exercised and used the forged registration number plate.

1. former part of Article 37, Article 38 (1) 2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act among concurrent crimes (Aggravation of concurrent crimes for punishment prescribed in the crime of violating the Automobile Management Act due to the use of a forged registration number plate of more bad quality)

1. Considering that there is no evidence to acknowledge that the defendant operated a vehicle with a forged number plate under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act, and that the defendant has no record of the same criminal act or any criminal record of the suspended execution.
