Defendant
L shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.
However, with respect to Defendant L, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
U on January 27, 2012, sentenced 10 years to imprisonment with prison labor for murder in the Goyang Branch of the District Court of the Republic of Korea on May 3, 2012, the above judgment became final and conclusive on May 3, 2012.
1. Defendant A and L Co-Offense Defendant A received money from those who run the “E” 401 of the fourth floor of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D D Building 401 from those who do not receive U.S. visa in a normal way, and forged documents necessary for the application for visa, and then, the visa applicants submitted forged documents to the U.S. Embassy to the U.S. Embassy in Korea and received the U.S. visa cycle.
Defendant
L requested that Defendant A be issued a U.S. visa on May 201 after the application of the U.S. visa and the issuance of the visa was refused, and attached to Defendant A’s personal information on other person’s income certificate, etc. by copying it. However, Defendant L was sent in a file, on the ground that the forged method was improper, Defendant L himself directly used the computer to forge the above documents and asked Defendant A to send a certificate of income amount, etc. to Defendant A.
On May 201, Defendant L forged of public document, at the Defendant’s house located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, entered “P”, Defendant L’s name and resident registration number in the trade name column, and “P”, the name and resident registration number of Defendant L’s name and the opening date column in the business registration certificate, respectively, and entered “P”, the address, name, resident registration number, corporation name (trade name), and business registration number column in the above certificate, Defendant L’s address, name, resident registration number, and Q, respectively, in the business registration number column.
