Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

C is a hub with respect to the issuance of the U.S. visa, and the Defendants wish to issue the U.S. visa via C.

1. On July 2008, Defendant A asked C to issue a U.S. visa at the coffee shop near the Seoul Salympi Park. Defendant A forged documents necessary for the issuance of U.S. visa through D in China after obtaining a resident registration certificate, etc. necessary to forge documents related to the issuance of the U.S. visa from Defendant A, and Defendant A conspiredd to obtain the U.S. visa by submitting the forged documents to the U.S. Embassy, and Defendant A conspired to submit them to the U.S. Embassy.

Accordingly, C notified Defendant A’s personal information, etc. to D, D entered Defendant A’s resident registration number and address at a place where the location is unknown at that time, and D stated “(ju) E” in the corporate name column, “26,500,000” in the income amount column, and “87,530” in the total determined tax amount column, and affixed a seal under the name of the Samsung Tax Office.

As a result, Defendant A forged a certificate of income under the name of the Samsung Tax Office, a public document, for the purpose of exercising the above C, D, etc.

2. Defendant B’s crime

A. The purport of forging Private Document: (a) Defendant B was unable to obtain a U.S. visa due to the lack of income tax payment; (b) requested a policeman of Jan. 17, 2006 to obtain a U.S. visa; and (c) submitted a certified copy of his resident registration, family relation certificate, passport, photograph, etc. to C in front of the Busan East-dong, Busan-dong, and (d) around that time, C delivers Defendant B’s personal information and photograph to the said D; and (c) from that time on March 2, 2008, the said D was “B proves that he was enrolled in F on January 17, 2006 and was currently serving as of February 2, 2008.”
