A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the Internet site, searched “small atmosphere”, “water mulberry”, etc., which is a part of the Mepta (hereinafter “Handphone”); (b) contacted the seller of phiphonephones, and wired KRW 500,000 to the account he/she designated from 12:00 to 13:00 on the same day; and (c) received and purchased the phonephones, which were contained in the Meptae-gu C, Seojin-gu, Seoul; (d) around 22:00 on the same day, he/she received from Kwikset Service to 0.4.g., 00 on a plastic bag.

2. At around 23:00 on the same day as Paragraph 1, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the philophone purchased in the scopic scopic scopic scopon in the scopic scopic scopic scopic in the coffee.

3. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philopon purchased, such as paragraph (1), to a coffee, at the mutual influence in Seopo-si, Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.

4. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophonephones purchased at the same place as paragraph 1 at the same time as paragraph 20:00, the Defendant administered them in a way of delivering them to coffee.

5. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophonephones purchased at the same place as paragraph 1 at the end of 20:00, the Defendant administered them in a way of delivering them to coffee.
