A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Since the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she shall not trade, deliver, administer, or possess psychotropic drugs, Megatopop (hereinafter referred to as “ponopon”, hereinafter).

1. On May 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones with approximately 0.7 gramphones contained in D and 0.7 gramphones contained in D, around 22:00 at the end of May 2018, 2018.

2. On May 2018, the Defendant administered 0.05 gramphonephones purchased at the Defendant’s residence in Goyang-dong, Manyang-si, Goyang-si, E apartment, and F, 11:00 following the date indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) in a way that crophones are sent to coffee.

3. On November 2018, the Defendant received Handphones from a police officer among the mid-to-mid November 2018, at around 20:00, received approximately 0.4 grams of phiphones contained in I’s day-to-day in the ground of the “H” building located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from I, and received them without compensation.

4. On November 2018, the Defendant: (a) 11:00 on the day following the date indicated in the foregoing paragraph (3) and administered 0.05g of phiphonephones received from the Defendant’s residence in Goyang-dong, Manyang-si; and (b) 3, in a way that crophones were sent to coffee.

5. On February 22, 2019, the Defendant received philophones, around 02:0 on February 22, 2019, received approximately KRW 2.44 gramphones from I and received philophones in total, consisting of four grams for one-time use from JelK in Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si.

6. On February 22, 2019, the Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 5, administered opphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of opphones, among opphones received as described in the foregoing paragraph 5, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with his/her arms.

7. On February 23, 2019, the Defendant, who administered phiphones, at the Gangnam-gu L hotel around February 23, 2019, as above 5 at around 02:00.
