A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and two months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 4, 201, and on May 4, 201, was not a person who completed the enforcement of the sentence in the port prison, nor a person who handles narcotics

1. Around July 2012, the Defendant: (a) asked E from the street room in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Down to seek philopon; (b) purchased approximately KRW 300,000 from E, a psychotropic drug, which is a psychotropic drug contained in a one-time injection device, from E at the same place after diving; and (c) purchased approximately 0.5 g of Melopon (the “one-time philopon”; hereinafter the “philopon”).

2. The Defendant purchased philophones as above, and immediately provided E with approximately 0.1g of philophones in the toilet located in the park of the above D Center, without compensation, from the toilet located in the above D Center.

3. The Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones in the 4th guest room located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in a scopon on the coffee, at the same time as the above 1st day.

4. On August 2012, at around 21:30, the Defendant asked E in front of the G Public Health Center located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to seek writingphones, and purchased approximately KRW 400,000 from E in the same place at around 22:00 on the same day.

5. At around 22:30 on the same day as the above 4 above, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones in the guest room of the above Furher fourth floor by a method of riding them on coffee.
