A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall sell or administer a psychotropic drug Mebacopon (one-name clopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon").

1. On December 2013, the Defendant: (a) confirmed the writing “pop-up op-up op-up op-up op-on,” while searching the Internet site at the Defendant’s residence located in Goyang-dong-gu, Manyang-si, 209 Dong-gu, 1703; and (b) contacted with C with the op-on supply volume on which the above writing was posted; and (c) decided to purchase the op-on from C.

On December 23, 2013, the Defendant discovered 0.4g of a philophone, which was hidden by C in advance, at a toilet in front of the Yasan-dong Dong-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, the Defendant deposited 3.50,000 won of the philophone into a post office account (E) in the name of D, known to C on December 24, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 22:00 on December 24, 2013, the Defendant administered chophones by means of cutting part of the chophones purchased from the chophone warehouse located in Yongsan-gu, U.S.F., and then drinking them to the coffee.

B. On January 15, 2014, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered a phiphone in a way that scopon scopon scopons in coffee.

C. On February 2, 2014, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that philophones are cut to a coffee, such as in the preceding paragraph. D.

On March 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered philophones in the same place as that of the preceding paragraph, in a way that philophones are sent to coffee, such as in the preceding paragraph.

E. On April 12, 2014, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant administered philophones by means of driving philophones onto scars, at the same time and at the same time as that of the preceding paragraph.
