A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 1675" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Around May 23, 2013, the Defendant purchased 0.4g ghon, a psychotropic drug, from the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the D parking lot located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, in the form of a purchase price of KRW 500,000,000, from the Defendant’s car, to E, and purchased approximately 0.4g of psychotropic drugs.
2. On May 23, 2013, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philopon in the passenger room near the calendar station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu at a night on the same day immediately after purchase of philopon as in the foregoing paragraph (1). The Defendant administered 0.1g of philopon to coffee at a guest room located near the calendar station located in the subway station located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
3. Around June 16, 2013, the Defendant wired KRW 1.1 million to the post office account (F) in the above E’s name on June 13, 2013. On June 16, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8g of philopon from E in the Defendant’s vehicle located near the H elementary school located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on June 16, 16.30.
4. Around June 17, 2013, the Defendant administered a scopon medication, on June 17, 2013, in the time of the new wall, approximately 0.1g of scopon in the guest room near the calendar station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), in a way of sending it to coffee.
5. Around June 20, 2013, the Defendant purchased phiphones in the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the parking lot located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul around 01:40 on June 20, 2013, and purchased approximately 0.4g of phiphones from the Defendant’s car.
6. Around June 20, 2013, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philophones in the passenger room near the calendar station in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, at the time of the new wall time on the same day immediately after purchasing philophones as above paragraph 5.
