The Defendants shall be exempted from punishment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on December 28, 2011, after having been sentenced to a 2-year suspended sentence to 3 years of imprisonment due to the crime of re-performance of electronic records, etc. in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support, the above judgment became final and conclusive on January 5, 2012. On July 22, 2010, Defendant B was sentenced to a 2-year suspended sentence on July 30, 201 upon being sentenced to a 10-year suspended sentence for the crime of re-performance of electronic records, etc. at the Incheon District Court’s Incheon District Court.

Defendant

A, B is the term "broin" under which Vietnames illegally enter the Republic of Korea by arranging a disguised marriage between men of the Republic of Korea and Vietnams, and C is a book, D, E, F, G, a disguised marriage woman, H, I, J, and K, at the request of A, who recruits domestic men at the request of A.

Defendant

A and B, together with already deceased L, recruited Vietnam women who want to be employed to enter the country in disguised manner with men of the Republic of Korea and men of the Republic of Korea who want to make a disguised marriage, and recruited them to take charge of the roles of Defendant A as to recruitment of men of the Republic of Korea, entry into and departure from Vietnam, marriage reporting in Vietnam, and preparation of documents necessary for the recruitment of men of the Republic of Korea and false marriage reporting in Vietnam, and C, respectively.

1. Defendant A, B, and C’s joint crimes with H are all committed by Defendant A, who is the latter half of the same kind of marriage with NohM or divorceed women of Vietnam, with a disguised marriage with Defendant A, who is the latter half of the same kind of marriage, and upon receipt of the request of Defendant A to introduce a sensium or divorce with the knowledge of the surrounding circumstances, and then became aware of the same after accepting the request;

D introduced a disguised marriage proposal to the above purport, and as D accepted it, D introduced D to Defendant A.

Accordingly, Defendant A is the Vietnam Women H division around June 2009 to around D.
