A Imprisonment for 10 months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2010, Co-defendant E was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution due to the crime of false entry into public electromagnetic records, etc. at the Busan District Court. Defendant A was sentenced to 3 million won due to the above crime at the Cheongju District Court on November 10, 2010. Defendant B was sentenced to 3 million won due to the above crime at the Busan District Court on September 12, 2013 and was sentenced to 3 million won due to the above crime at the Busan District Court on September 24, 2013 and the above summary order became final and conclusive on October 11, 2013. Defendant C was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor from the Daejeon District Court Branch for special larceny and 2 years of suspended execution on July 19, 2011. Defendant C was sentenced to a fine of 3 million won from the Suwon District Court on July 11, 2011 to 3 million won due to the suspended execution.

Co-defendant E is a person who, by linking the infants of the Vietnamese couple who were illegally staying in the Republic of Korea with those of the married couple in the past, falsely reported the birth of the married couple with those of the married couple who were married with the Vietnamese women, and by obtaining a passport of the Republic of Korea and allowing them to leave the Republic of Vietnam. A person who is in charge of the crime, such as recruiting persons who will act as a disguised parent, sending various relevant documents, such as report of birth, passport application, etc. to the related persons, and handing over the infants from the Vietnamese couple to the disguised parents.

A is a person who falsely reports the birth of a baby of Vietnam and raises a person who will play a disguised role for the baby of the baby of Vietnam upon request by E.

B, C, and F shall make a false report of birth for the infants of the Vietnamese couple, and shall leave the Republic of Vietnam with a disguised child with a passport issued unlawfully and deliver the infants to the relatives of Vietnam.
