A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been in a relationship with the victim C (V, 20 years of age).

1. Nevertheless, on May 24, 2016, the Defendant opened a cell phone of “F” number in the victim’s name from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D1’s “EEL branch agency” on May 24, 2016, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by having the victim impose a total of KRW 697,510 on the victim without paying it.

2. Making electronic records, holding electronic records of the author's company, or holding, fraud;

A. On May 27, 2016, the electronic records file file, the electronic records file filed by the Defendant, and the fraud, on May 27, 2016, entered “data 59.9” and “A1687-64” in the column of the model name, entered the name of C in the buyer’s column with a copy of the above victim’s resident registration certificate, sold the cell phone at his own discretion, and had the intention to take sales proceeds from the mobile phone subscription program using the solar PC, and then connected the cell phone subscription program “ smart page” to “1,30,80” in the column, “data 59.9” and “A1687-64” in the column of the model name, and then written the name of C in the buyer’s column and signed it next.

Defendant continued to transmit the application files, as above, to the person in charge of approval for entry by the ELS Computer Center, who did not know that the application files were forged.
