Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a staff member who sold a portable phone at “SK Telecom D” located on the first floor of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

Defendant 3266, "The 2015 Highest 3266," used the personal information of E, which he/she came to know while working for the said agency, opened his/her cell phone and thought to raise an entertainment expense by spreading his/her cell phone.

1. Events, such as electronic records, etc., and events, such as electronic records;

A. A. On December 29, 2014, the Defendant, within the foregoing agency: (a) visited the SK-momoble site using a bble PC PC ophone at that agency; (b) stated “E”, “F”, and “E” in the column of customer nature of “T service” in the “T-related new contract; and (c) forged one electronic file of “T new contract regarding H mobile phone” with the signature of E in the name following the above E’s name; and (d) transmitted one electronic file of “T service” related to H mobile phone in the same way without delay to know the fact.

As a result, the Defendant forged two electronic files of “T Service New Contract” in the name of E, an electronic records of another person’s rights and duties for the purpose of facilitating the management of affairs, and exercised them respectively.

B. On December 30, 2014, the Defendant entered one electronic file of “T service new contract” with regard to I mobile phones in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph (a), and continued to forge the electronic file of “T service new contract” with regard to J mobile phones in the same way, and transmitted the electronic file as if it was duly formed to the person in charge of opening the Scom Telecom Co., Ltd., who knew of the aforementioned writing immediately.

Accordingly, the defendant's "T services" in the name of E, which is an electronic record of another person's rights and duties, for the purpose of handling administrative affairs.
