A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1. Events, such as electronic records, etc.;
A. On November 5, 2016, the Defendant, including a company electronic records, entered the name and signature of F in the applicant column, and entered the name and signature of F in the applicant column to the effect that, on November 5, 2016, the Defendant, at the D agency where the Defendant works in Kimhae-si C, without authority, entered the name and signature of F in the applicant column to the effect that, without authority, he/she consented to the application form, and then puts his/her signature in the applicant column and F in the applicant column to the effect that, without authority, he/she consented to the application form of H apartment, 401 in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, the date of birth: G, and contact address: I; and the applicant/applicant column to the effect that all consent to the application form of H club; and then, he/she entered the applicant’s name and signature in the applicant column to the effect that all consent to the application form of H club.
As a result, for the purpose of facilitating administrative affairs, the Defendant committed an application for LGU membership in the name of F, which is an electronic record of another person’s rights and obligations, personal information utilization consent, service application, and H club application form.
2) The Defendant, such as the electronic records of the said author’s company, sent the application form for membership in the LGU, personal information utilization consent, service application form, and H club application form via the Internet as if they were duly formed, at the time, at a place specified in subparagraph 1(a).
B. On November 7, 2016, the Defendant, such as the electronic records of a company, etc., (i) around November 7, 2016, at the foregoing D agency around November 7, 2016, entered the LGU subscription form in the column of the insured in the form of (J): “Name: F, Date of birth: G, Address: 401, contact number: K, applicant/applicant column, and F’s name and signature in the form of the consent to use personal information.
