A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:10 on November 2, 2013, the Defendant driven a c (the vehicle number stated in the indictment is deemed to be a clerical error and thus correct) c (the vehicle number stated in the indictment) with a blood alcohol level of 0.118% under the influence of alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the store of apartment fright apartment in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, Seoul, to the front road of the 390-way road.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the date and place indicated in the foregoing Paragraph (1) and at the place, informed the Defendant of the registration number of pro-friendly E, who was aware of his personal information by drinking driving to the slope D belonging to the Guro Police Station, and was living together with his/her personal information.

In this respect, the Defendant unlawfully used the resident registration number of others E.

3. When the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, was required to affix his signature on the statement of the driver of the driver’s status, the statement of the driver’s status, and the statement revoking the driver’s license, the Defendant stated the name of “E” in the column of the driver’s name in the statement of the driver’s status and the statement of the driver’s license revocation and affixed his/her seal on the same page, and read it to the said D as if he/she were aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged two copies of private documents concerning certification of facts for the purpose of uttering and exercised them.
