A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2014, around 15:40 on November 15, 2014, the Defendant was driving a C low-water vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.070%, without obtaining a driver’s license, at a section of about 100 meters from the Busan Metropolitan City-dong Undeveloped National Park Parking Lots located in the Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City to reach the global apartment front roads in the same location.

2. On November 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) driven a global apartment located in the Dong-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City on the roads of global apartment located in the Dong-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City; and (b) was subject to drinking control by a slopeD belonging to the traffic safety department of the Dong-dong Police Station in Gwangju-dong, Gwangju, and subsequently used his/her relative E resident registration number (F) as if he/she was his/her resident registration number, thereby denying another person’s resident registration number.

3. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;

A. On November 9, 2014, the Defendant, at around 15:40, under the influence of drinking control as described in paragraph (2), was placed in front of the global apartment located in the Dong-dong, Gwangju, Gwangju, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of drinking control as described in paragraph (2) on the roads of the Global Apartment-dong, Gwangju, Gwangju, the traffic safety department of the police station in Gwangju, Dong-gu, Police Station as if he was a pro-friendly E, who was requested to sign the “report on the statement of the de facto driver; and (b) signed the “E” in the column of the statement located at the end of the “Report on the de facto statement of the de facto driver; and (c) forged another’s name and forged the signature for the purpose of exercising the signature; and (d) issued the “Report on the de facto driver’s statement” written by the Defendant, which was

B. On November 9, 2014, at around 15:40, the Defendant was prepared by using the PEA by the traffic safety department in Gwangju Dong-dong Police Station, where the Defendant was subject to drinking control as described in paragraph (2) on the front of global apartments located in the Dong-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
