A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:30 on April 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of obstruction of performance of official duties on the ground that: (b) the Defendant: (c) committed an act of assaulting a slope G’s flaps while having received a report in front of the “C convenience store” located in Isacheon-si B on the street with D, the owner of the skin house, and on the price basis; and (d) flapsing him after taking her home from a slope F, and a slope G, which was called out after having received a report.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public order and handling of reports.

2. At around 03:30 on April 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender with the obstruction of performance of official duties as stipulated in paragraph (1) within the E-district of the Leecheon Police Station E-gu, Leecheon-si, Leecheon-si, as a flagrant offender with the obstruction of performance of official duties as stipulated in paragraph (1); (b) stated the “I” in the column of confirmation of a document printed with a straw-shaped pen for the purpose of exercising the letter of arrest of flagrant offender and its confirmation document; and (c) marked the name behind the name and then delivered the document as if

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of confirmation in the name of another person, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact, and exercised a forged letter of confirmation.

3. On April 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 04:30, the investigation of the Echeon Police Station in Echeon-dong 350-1 and the criminal three team offices in the above police station as if he was the Defendant, who was requested by the police officer J, Assistant K, and Assistant L to verify his identity; and (b) the Defendant was using the I’s resident registration number by denying the I’s resident registration number.

4. At around 05:50 on April 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) signed the “I” on the statement column of the suspect interrogation protocol using the examination color pen for the purpose of exercising the investigation after going through the investigation at the investigation of the Leecheon Police Station and the Criminal 3 Team office; and (b) signed the “I” on the statement column of the suspect interrogation protocol using the examination color pen; and (c) read the forgery.
