1. B. Around March 22, 2013, the Defendant purchased and sold 150,000 won, 150,000 won to I, and approximately 0.5g of philophones from I.
3. At around 01:30 on March 22, 2013, the Defendant administered mephones over a total of 20 times from around 01:0 to April 21, 2013, in the Defendant’s dwelling place, approximately 0.05g of rophones purchased from I, as seen above, in a single-use injection machine, and in a dilution after dilution, the Defendant administered mephones over a total of 20 times from around 01:0 to around 21, 2013, as indicated in the list of crimes.
4. Around April 17, 2013, the Defendant received approximately one g of the hemp plant from the L Hospital located in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, with the knowledge of Pyeongtaek, and received it.
5. The Defendant for smoking marijuana is the above Defendant around April 17, 2013.
