A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

850,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.3g of 200,000 Won from the G shopping center in the middle of Geumcheon-gu Seoul, the Defendant purchased 20,000 Won to the above E, with approximately 0.3g of the penphone.

2. Metropha medication;

A. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant injectedd approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones purchased at K in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, into a single-use injection machine, and dilution them with raw water.

B. At around 01:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones purchased as above into a single-use injection machine, dilution them into the raw water, and administered them.

C. At around 19:30 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant put about approximately 0.1g of the phiphones purchased at LPC toilets in a single-use injection machine.
