Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] Defendant B, at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 31, 2017, sentenced Defendant B to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and four years and six months of suspension of execution on October 23, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 23, 2017.

Defendants are not authorized to sell or administer psychotropic drugs, so they shall not sell or administer Metephopopopopon (hereinafter referred to as "poponopon").

1. Defendant A

A. around August 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased philophones; (b) purchased 200,000 won from D on the street in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (c) purchased and traded philophones with approximately 0.2 grams from B; (b) around 2015, the Defendant purchased philophones from D on the street in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased 0.1g of philophones from B around 2015.

3) On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 200,000 from D on the street in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased and sold 0.2 gramphones from it; (b) around December 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold gramphones from D on the front street in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with approximately KRW 200,000 to B, with approximately 0.2 grams from it.

5) On August 26, 2016, at around 15:30 and 16:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold 300,000 won from D on the street in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) purchased and sold opphones by 0.3g of opphones from among them. (c) On September 3, 2016, the Defendant: (d) purchased 200,000 won from D on the street in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased 0.2g of opphones from it.

7) Around 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased 100,000 won from D on the street in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased and sold phiphones with approximately 0.1g of philophones. (b) The Defendant, around 23:00, around 2015, purchased philophones from B and E at the mutual unclaimed telephones room in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
