[Criminal facts]

1. Defendant B and A conspired to manufacture fake petroleum products, around 10:00 on June 18, 2015, Defendant B instructed the Defendant A to transport 20,000 liters, transit 8,00 liters, and transit 8,00 liters, from the N reservoir M branch of the Oil Pipeline M branch on telephone, to the P station located in Echeon-si, and the Defendant A manufactured 10,00 liters by mixing them with oil, such as fake fuel, from N reservoir to Qrost, to the above P station at the same time.
